NoorTech AV is a small, local event AV team based in Chicagoland. We do event production and setup — meaning we come to your venue, set up the sound, video, and projection your event needs, and stick around to run it.
We do weddings, corporate meetings, private parties, religious events, fundraisers, and community events across the Chicago metro and the western suburbs. We're not a big rental warehouse. We're the team that shows up on time, sets up cleanly, and makes sure your event sounds and looks the way it should.
How we work
You tell us the date, the venue, the headcount, and what you need. We send back a straightforward, fixed-price quote — the gear, the setup, the on-site help, and the pack-out, all in one number. No surprise fees.
On the day of, we arrive early, set up, run a sound check, and stay through the event. When it's over, we pack up and leave the venue the way we found it.

Showing up
Early load-in. Time to test things. No rushing as guests are walking in.

We stay for the event. If something needs adjusting, someone's there to adjust it.
