AV production in Evanston

Northwestern University's presence means Evanston has a steady rhythm of guest lectures, panels, and academic conferences that increasingly need to reach an audience beyond the room. We build these as hybrid events from the planning stage — a dedicated stream mix, a camera plan that actually follows the speaker and the Q&A, and recording that a department can reuse afterward.

Evanston's lakefront venues and historic properties bring the opposite problem: gorgeous spaces with real constraints, from limited load-in access to power that wasn't designed for modern AV. Outdoor and tented events add weather planning on top of that. We walk every Evanston venue in advance rather than assuming it behaves like the last one.

Being minutes from Chicago also means we can staff Evanston events with the same senior crew we'd send downtown — no second-string team because the venue happens to be north of the city.
