AV production in Schaumburg

The Woodfield corridor gives Schaumburg one of the densest concentrations of conference and meeting space in the Chicago suburbs, and our work there reflects it. General sessions need broadcast-quality audio and IMAG that reaches the back of a ballroom; breakout rooms need a standardized, presenter-proof setup that doesn't fall apart when the schedule slips by twenty minutes.

We treat a multi-room conference as one production, not a collection of separate bookings — a single documented plan covers every room, with a lead assigned to each and a shared run-of-show so nothing gets lost in the handoff between sessions.

For hybrid programs, we build the broadcast side in from the start: a dedicated audio mix for the stream, camera coverage that follows the content, and a producer watching the remote experience the whole time — not an afterthought bolted onto the in-room setup.
