How does NoorTech AV price events?
Every event is quoted based on gear, labor, event length, venue, and attendance. Quotes are itemized so you can add or remove components. A typical half-day corporate event with sound and projection starts in the low four figures; wedding sound packages start lower; multi-day conferences with livestream scale accordingly.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a deposit reserves the date and gear. Balance is due at or before load-in. Deposit size depends on total quote.
What is your service area?
We're based in Naperville, IL and serve the entire Chicagoland Area — Cook, DuPage, Will, Kane, and Lake counties. Anything within roughly a 50-mile radius has straightforward flat-rate travel.
How long does setup take?
Setup time varies with scope. A wedding sound package is typically 1–2 hours. A corporate conference with projection and cameras is 3–6 hours. Full multi-camera livestream productions may require a full day or overnight setup.
Do you carry backup gear?
Yes. Wireless microphone systems always ship with backup channels. FOH mixers have spare cabling. Livestream events include cellular bonded internet backup. Redundancy is standard practice, not an upsell.
Are you insured?
Yes — NoorTech AV carries commercial general liability coverage. We provide a Certificate of Insurance on request, typically before load-in, at no extra cost.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable in most cases because they hold your date and gear off other clients. Cancellations more than 30 days out may be transferable to another date. Full policy is included in the event agreement.
Can you work with our venue's in-house AV?
Yes — often it's more cost-effective to supplement in-house AV than to bring everything in. We coordinate with venue AV during quoting and again in the week before the event.
Do you offer dry rental without an operator?
Yes. Dry rentals are quoted per day. You handle pickup or delivery, setup, and return. See our equipment rental page for the full inventory.
Can you livestream and run in-room AV at the same event?
Absolutely — hybrid events are a big part of what we do. The livestream audio feed comes directly from the in-room FOH mixer, and camera coverage is set up to serve both audiences simultaneously.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 4–6 weeks for larger events, and 1–2 weeks for smaller rentals or single-service work. We regularly accommodate last-minute engagements when the calendar allows.
Do you provide DJ services?
We don't DJ, but we regularly partner with DJs and can integrate their equipment into our sound system or supply the DJ's PA and monitors as a rental.
