Rent the gear, or rent the gear + a pro to run it
Some events already have a capable AV volunteer or a DJ who just needs a bigger PA. Others need a full production team. NoorTech AV rents to both — dry rentals for teams that know what they're doing, and operator-included rentals when you'd rather leave the AV to someone else. We're based in Naperville and deliver across Chicagoland: Chicago, Aurora, Schaumburg, Oak Brook, Elgin, Downers Grove, and everywhere in between.
What's available for rental
Sound. QSC K12.2 powered speakers (2,000W, industry standard for events up to ~500 attendees), subwoofers, Shure SLXD digital wireless microphone systems, Behringer X32 32-channel digital mixers, Soundcraft Ui16 wireless-controlled mixers, wired SM58/SM57/Beta 58A microphones, DI boxes, and full cable inventory.
Video & projection. Panasonic PT-VMZ laser projectors (5,000+ lumens), Da-Lite fast-fold screens up to 12', HDMI/SDI signal chain, and Sony Alpha cameras with clean HDMI output.
Streaming & control. Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro switchers with hardware streaming, MacBook Pro streaming rigs preloaded with OBS and Ecamm, Elgato Stream Deck controllers, and presenter clickers.

How rental works
Standard rentals are quoted per day, with volume discounts for multi-day events. Delivery, setup, and pickup are quoted separately (or included if you're renting an operator).
- Send us the details. Use the quote form — event date, venue, attendance, and what you need.
- We confirm availability and quote. Same-day for most requests, next business day for larger events.
- Reserve with a deposit. Deposit locks the calendar; balance is due before load-in.
- Delivery or pickup. We deliver across Chicagoland or you can pick up in Naperville.
- Return. Standard rentals are next-morning return; delivery packages include pickup at the venue.
Common rental scenarios
Wedding sound package. A ceremony wireless mic setup, PA for cocktail hour, and a reception PA sized to your guest count — from a single QSC K12.2 for 50 guests to a stereo PA with subs for 250.
Corporate meeting. A projector, screen, wireless lav mic, and a small PA for a half-day meeting or product training.
Concert or open mic. Full PA, mixer, wired vocal mics, DI boxes, and monitor wedges — dry rental or with an engineer.
Livestream kit. ATEM Mini Pro, two Sony cameras, tripods, capture MacBook, and audio interface — for churches, podcasters, and event producers running their own stream.
Insurance and delivery
NoorTech AV carries commercial liability coverage; we can provide a Certificate of Insurance for venues on request. Delivery ranges from central Chicago out through the western suburbs; anything within roughly 50 miles of Naperville is quoted with straightforward flat-rate delivery.
Quick FAQs
Do you require a deposit? Yes — a deposit reserves the gear on your date. Balance is due at or before load-in.
What about damage? Standard rental agreement covers reasonable wear; you're responsible for damage or loss outside that. We're easy to work with here.
Can I add an operator last-minute? Usually yes — if the calendar has a qualified engineer available.
