Livestreaming, done properly
A livestream that drops halfway through the CEO's keynote, or a hybrid event where the remote audience can't hear the panel, isn't just embarrassing — it's the reason many companies stopped trying to run their own. NoorTech AV runs an engineered stream: real cameras, a hardware switcher, an audio feed from the live PA (not a camera mic), redundant internet, and an operator watching the stream in real time. That's the difference.
What's included
- Multi-camera capture. Two or three Sony Alpha broadcast cameras, tripod-mounted or on gimbals, framed for wide/tight/slide coverage.
- Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro switching. Hardware switcher with picture-in-picture, lower-thirds, and macro-driven scene transitions.
- Live audio feed. Direct feed from the FOH mixer or in-room PA — never a camera microphone.
- Slide and video integration. HDMI capture from the presenter's laptop for full-screen slides or PIP.
- Streaming destinations. YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Zoom Webinar, Vimeo, or a private RTMP endpoint — up to two destinations simultaneously.
- Local recording. ISO camera recordings and program mix, delivered post-event.
- Bandwidth. On-site cellular bonded backup (LTE/5G) alongside the venue's internet for redundancy.
Hybrid events
Hybrid events add a second audience — the people watching remotely. That means the stream needs to be watchable end-to-end, and the in-room stage needs to acknowledge the remote audience too. We handle both sides: clear audio for the remote viewers, a return feed for Q&A from remote participants, and camera coverage that keeps the remote audience engaged when in-room energy dips.
Who this is for
Corporate events. All-hands, product launches, sales kickoffs, and conferences where a portion of the audience is remote.
Houses of worship. Sunday service streams to YouTube or Facebook with proper audio and multiple camera angles.
Concerts and performances. Ticketed livestream shows with a program feed to a paywalled RTMP destination.
Weddings. Ceremony streams for family who can't travel — usually one-camera, but sometimes multi-camera.

Livestream pricing depends on camera count, event length, streaming destinations, and whether recording deliverables are required. Do you need to visit the venue first? For anything larger than a single-camera stream, yes — a site visit or a detailed walkthrough with the venue's AV contact is standard.
What if the venue's internet fails? We bring cellular bonded backup and can also record locally so the event is preserved regardless.
Can you stream to multiple destinations? Yes — up to two simultaneous RTMP destinations included; more available on request.
