End-to-end live event AV, done right

Whether you're running a 400-person corporate conference in downtown Chicago, a wedding reception in Naperville, or a Sunday service at a growing church, live-event AV is the difference between an event that lands and one that limps through. NoorTech AV provides the crew and pro-grade equipment to make sure every speaker is heard clearly, every slide reads from the back row, and every performer sounds the way they're supposed to.

What's included

Every live-event AV package is scoped to the venue and audience size, but a typical engagement includes:

  • Sound reinforcement — main PA, subwoofers if the room needs them, stage or in-ear monitors, and FOH mixing on a Behringer X32 or Soundcraft Ui16 depending on scale.
  • Microphones — Shure SLXD wireless (handheld, lav, headset) with backup channels, plus wired SM58/SM57 for panel and stage use.
  • Video & projection — Panasonic laser projectors, fast-fold screens, and HDMI/SDI signal routing to and from the stage.
  • Staging & podiums — Coordinated with your venue for a clean, camera-ready look.
  • Lighting — Stage wash, key lighting for camera, and uplighting for ambiance depending on the event type.
  • On-site engineer — An experienced FOH engineer runs your event start-to-finish. On larger events, we bring a full crew.

Events we handle

Corporate conferences and keynotes. Panels, breakouts, keynotes, product launches, sales kickoffs — we've done the whole spectrum. Consistent audio across breakouts and a clean main-stage feed for recording.

Weddings. Ceremony microphones with backups, cocktail-hour audio, and a reception PA that works with your DJ or band without stepping on them. If your officiant needs a wireless lav and your bride wants a first-dance mix that actually sounds like the studio version, that's what we do.

Concerts and live music. Full PA, stage monitors or in-ears, multi-input mixing, and stage lighting. We work with local venues and touring artists across Chicagoland.

Houses of worship. Sunday service audio and video, midweek events, and holiday programs. Familiar with the sensitivities and pace of worship production.

The gear behind the service

Every live-event package draws from inventory we own and maintain: QSC K12.2 powered speakers, Shure SLXD digital wireless, Behringer X32 and Soundcraft Ui16 mixers, Panasonic PT-VMZ series laser projectors, Da-Lite fast-fold screens, and Sony broadcast-quality cameras. How pricing works

Live-event AV is quoted per event. The variables are venue, event length, attendance, and which of the above services you need. Every quote is itemized so you can add or remove components — share the details on the quote form and we'll return a clear, itemized proposal within one business day.

Quick FAQs

How far in advance should we book? Ideally 4–6 weeks for larger events, though we regularly turn around last-minute engagements when calendar allows.

Do you work with our venue's in-house AV? Yes, when appropriate — sometimes it's more cost-effective to supplement the venue's system than to bring everything in. We'll flag that during quoting.

Can you record or livestream too? Absolutely. See Livestreaming & Video.
